How do I put src into .jar

Title says it all, I know you have to use an IDE but I tried and I just cannot get the hang of using an IDE. Someone please help me D:

Okay, here is a Step by Step Tutorial.

1. You download the Plugin
2. You need a Decompiler (for example: jd-gui)
3. You put the .jar into the Decomplier
4. You saved the Decompiled or copy and paste it.
5. Save the Project.
6. Upload it on the Server
7. Fix Errors if the Console tells
8. Upload the Fixxed Version
9. Work is done.
