how else can i increase damage (excluding accessories and dungeons)

i really want to get into slayers but i need to do it more efficiently than how i do right now...
unfortunately the only solutions i can think of are increasing magical power and actually doing dungeons for the recombs, ancient reforge, and upgrade to felthorn reaper
but doing dungeons is so insufferable, i either get let down by my teammates or vice versa, further hindering my eagerness to do and practice f7 with party finder. perhaps i could also take some advice on that...
