SEEKING I need help to change the sword to the pickaxe with right click

Hi, I'm starting on this. But I was wondering if someone could pass me the code so that when you right click on a Special Sword change to a Pickaxe. And the same to the reverse. That is, let's say that I have the Sword in Slot 1. I give it a right click and I would remove that item from the inventory and instantly it would give me the peak ( I do not need these items to maintain stats as durability ).

Sure, I want to make a plugin. In the plugin is the action of when you have a Diamond Sword and you right click on it, replace the item with a Diamond Pickaxe. And reverse
