Benoxi submitted a new resource:

ItemAdder [1.14.x +] - Create items/blocks/food/hats/ores with custom texture/3D model - WITHOUT ANY MODS! No Forge

ItemsAdder Supports only MC 1.14+ (No support for previous versions.)
NewItems supports 1.9 to 1.13.2 (no support for next versions)
Both plugins don't support ViaVersion, you have to find a plugin which allows you to set different resourcepacks per user client version

Buying this product you'll get ItemsAdder (for MC 1.14) and NewItems (for MC 1.9-1.13.2). Keep in mind that they are not compatible with eachother, so items created for one won't work with the second.
