Why I want it: Massive Lag is quite a plugin. I have used it myself and it checks for lag spikes without actually dealing with them so you can deal with them yourself, unlike React. Massive Combat can revert 1.9 combat mechanics back to 1.7/1.8 mechanics with additional changes you can make yourself.
Why I deserve it: I don't
These 2 plugins do come with hefty price tag. I can only vouch for Massive Lag being a good plugin.
