RESOLVED My friends server wont startup?

Sooo my friend has this really good skyblock server that 10+ people play and then it randomly crashed and when he tries to restart it heres the startup message thing

I Cant Load Any Of My Servers. This Is Currently A Big Problem For Leaked Plugins. I Might Go To Payed Because I Have To Remove The Plugins To Start My Server. I Woke Up This Morning And Tested My Server But It Was Not Working? So I Have Not Added A New Plugin To My Plugin File. So Maybe Its A Probelm for everyone?

Re-download all plugins that you had downloaded from BlackSpigot.
