I know that a plugin like this could be useful. but there are other solutions!

Here is one i used before:

Step 1) install citizens, holographic displays, holographic extension, CommandNpc
Step 2) create a npc, give it a name. Toggle the nametag!
Step 3) create a hologram above the npc his head with holographicdisplay
Step 4) because you installed holographic extension, you can use placeholders from placeholderapi in your holograms.
Step 5) You can insert a bungee placeholder to show the amount of players on your other server.
Step 6) If you want to have it so, when players right click the npc they get teleported to that server u will have to select the npc and use commandnpc to add a command (read the info on the plugin page)
