@WifiSpy originally, as some of the community may remember, had asked for a developer in the community to create high-quality downloader plugin unique to the BlackSpigotMC website. The project, originally set around a year ago, was granted to me, however due to my own, personal, complications was not completed. It would seem that the project was forgotten about until I dug it out of my projects folder, about two weeks ago, and built upon the old downloader to create the new BSMC Downloader!
This plugin builds a repository of BlackSpigotMC plugins and then allows the user to download and install plugins, on-the-fly, without leaving the game. Simply search for the plugin (/bsmc search <name>), click the plugin and, in the subsequent menu, the version you wish to install and after a few seconds, the plugin is loaded and ready to go on your server - often without even requiring a '/reload'!
