Why you want it: Because I'm using GroupManager(I NOT want to change to PEX or other) and because if I will use PEX login out will stop it. And main reason, because I want to give Fly to players at Events

You should know that a supporter rank does not give you more rights when it comes to requesting plugins.
So let's talk more on your topic, yes PermissionTimer has been requested a "few" times before. The biggest reason why this plugin did not get leaked yet is because of high price.
=> U "should" try out Pex, it holds the solution for your problem. I've been using it for so long, it's super easy to setup ranks, add permissions. And yes timed perm in pex can be handy sometimes. Idk why u are scared to use it.
