Normally this is a bug with the plugin. Probably caused by lag. etc.
Try Shift-Clicking to see if that works. Most cases, it will not.

Hmm no thats not it.. i have commandspy enabled, and what they do is /pv1 like every 2 seconds and get stack after stacks of items.
I think its some sort of keybinding but i cant find out how
