Please remove “You cannot say the same message twice”

1: It is very annoying
This feature is extremely annoying. Like you can’t even say hi, gg, hey, hello, or common phrases twice. You can’t even say hi to 2 different friends like why??????
2: It DOES NOT prevent spamming
This feature is meant to prevent spamming but people in for example: skyblock hub 1 still find every way to get around it like typing random letters, spamming symbols. It LITERALLY MAKES THE SPAMMING SITUATION WORSE
