prevent players from picking up arrows from traps

there are many places where trap arrows can be picked up after they get stuck in a wall. these arrows ignore the "dont pick up arrows with a full quiver" option in the settings, as well as the personal deletor. they also go directly into your inventory, causing shortbows to have a pullback animation until consumed or otherwise removed from the inventory.
