Question about the site, etc.

So I understand the full concept and all, but one thing does peak my curiosity.

If someone were to get caught with one of these, would there be any legal issues? I mean sure yeah, the developers say to not distribute, but obviously 1. From this site they can't really stop that. 2. There's not really any legal contract that binds the person not to -Redacted-, correct?

Basically what i'm asking is: If someone is caught with a paid plugin from here on their server, the dev contacts them/asks for proof they bought it, and the person being asked can't show any proof (cause they got it here), can their server be taken down/they be sued in any form?

(Even in an amplified example let's say the same thing applies but the server was earning hundreds or thousands from the plugins taken from here, would there be any issue?)

I asked the owner but i'd still like to post on the forums to get feedback from the community, etc.

I'd like to ask publicly to make sure there's no possible loopholes at all to get into trouble with. Thanks.

Hello,

Do you not realize that there are thousands nulled plugin on the web? Even if the plugin was to be caught I highly doubt they'd be worrying about it unless you bring it up to them. Sorry to be so blunt about this, but I really doubt anything would happen.

Thanks,
Nulled.

No. You will not be sued for having a cracked plugin in your server.

Its very ironic because Spigot and Craftbukkit codes are -Redacted- and are being distributed. it contains the code the guy made it who made a -Redacted- and take down bukkit.org but did it stop? NOPE its being released and all servers are working based on that code. PROBLEM?
