Please note that the reviews were heavily damaged by a broken update (v4.3) that was left unattended for a while. It was a horrible mistake by me for sure that I didn't pay attention to, but I hope that you give the plugin a chance now that that version is fixed and at least try looking at 4.3+ or 4.3- reviews.
