Please note that the reviews were heavily damaged by a broken update (v4.3) that was left unattended for a while. It was a horrible mistake by me for sure that I didn't pay attention to, but I hope that you give the plugin a chance now that that version is fixed and at least try...

Confirmed 1.19 support
Changed the way mobs spawn with eggs. It should be more stable now across all versions
Added a more clear way to disable the broadcaster (in broadcaster.yml)
Minor code organization
