Remember the Crown of Greed? Or it's supposed "upgrade", the Crown of Avarice? If the likely answer is "No", that doesn't surprise me in the slightest.
Ever since it was nerfed, the Crown of Greed has been pretty much unusable as an actual helmet, and its bigger, more avaricious brother doesn't really see much usage either.
