Snow minions dissapeared

Yo guys, I've just been back a few days ago from a long break, when I first logged in all my minions were present and full of ressources.
I just tried to go back on my island rn and I've noticed that half of my snow minions are gone ? Like straight dissapeared and only left the minion chest, when I check the numbers of minions slots I've unlocked it seems to have gone down a bunch which is weird:
