In most simulators, it's dead quiet in chat. A vast majority of players are either AFKing or using some kind of cheat to play automatically. I won't be getting into the latter, but the former, namely AFK players, is something I have some ideas about.
I believe players that aren't actively moving or interacting with the house for more than 5 minutes should be excluded from the player count shown in the browser. This would incentivise owners who are only in it for the fame to create more...
