Rains update
Rains spawn using packets now. Thats should fix a lot problems caused by rains. Anyway if you experiance any problems with this feature you can turn it back by changing following option to false in config.

Community work on 1.14 now.
I'm aware of some patterns throwing error while trying to download em. That's will be fixed, no plugin jar update needed.
