Tag all user in usergroup O_O

My idea is simple, created a UserGroup and enabled to be tagged, when a user (or rather an admin) can use the tag to send a notification to all users of that usergroup.
Example: the admin tag @Moderator or @elder.

The function is similar (identical? Lol) to discord!
