my idea for this is relatively simple

it would work of the idea of Common Hook

but instead of increasing the chance to catch Common Sea Creatures, it would Decrease the chance to catch them

by something like 10 or 25%


this would by proxy increase the chance to catch all the other sea creatures, and make fishing up some annoying mobs less annoying.


It could either by crafted via sulphur (since it has corrupting tendencies)

or caught as a rare drop from...
