So you can't self destruct it like the ghost client !!
Installation :
Extract the .rar file
close all minecraft instance
install forge in 1.8.9 if you didn't already have it
restart minecraft luncher and choose forge 1.8.9 - version
launch your game
close it
go to %appdata%\.minecraft\mods
drop vape 3.25 in the mods folder
launch minecraft with your forge 1.8.9 - version
go in solo or pultiplayer
press RSHIFT and you got vape
