Voidgloom setup from scratch with budget

I feel like to progress further, I need to get my self a term and eman 7, and I think it will he fun.
The thing is I have no clue where to go on when buying gear,
So my budget is 1b ish, I can liquidate to 1.5-2.0b ish.
I am currently eman 6, and I don’t even have a katana.
With this budget, what kind of gear should I buy?
I also have no combat equipments cus I’m lazy.
Edrag or eman? Katana w or w/o enderslayer 7? Which equipments (I’ll prolly do vet vit) and to what attribute levels? How...
