Why am I only making 15mil/h gemstone mining?

I did a 5 minute test on jade in the Crystal Hollows and I only am making roughly 15mil per hour. I have no clue why. I thought I have everything setup to make at least 20-25mil. I have a X655 and Divan's Amour. I know I am missing a Scatha pet but surely that is'nt 10mil a hour I'm missing out on. I do have 200 ping as I am living in Australia.

Any help in what I am missing?
