Workaround for spawning a path below you not working due to ping?

I'm trying to make a plugin that allows walking on water in a way that won't trigger my anticheat. I considered filling a radius with glass instead, but that doesn't work when you jump. I hope I've explained this clearly enough, if you see a different problem in my code feel free to mention it.

I expected it to be pretty simple but I didn't think about the fact that it isn't hosted locally so there's some ping....
