No, this update doesn't address some of the reported issues for 1.14, this is before getting started on that so I don't have to delay these minor changes.
1.13+ NCP fork:

NCP: Still waiting for a stable 1.14.x release as there are going to be more updates beyond 1.14.2. Also, I'm running into issues compiling NCP as a bukkit repo is dead. If anyone has experience with Maven and wants to help, I'd appreciate it.

- 1.14 is a hot mess, not only on NCP's side but Spigot's as well (With no fault on their end). Given the number of issues with 1.14 from a vanilla standpoint, support will be delayed until a stable update from Mojang's end is released.
- Added a .txt that you can copy/paste to the bottom of the 1.13 configuration that should allow 1.14 support but you're still going to get console spam, in which case you may want to use CSF to ignore them.
