Item Creator Plus lets you create custom items in an easy to use GUI. Add lore, a custom name, enchantments, potion effects, and more!
You can also save custom items, and give saved items with easy commands!
/itemcreatorplus (/icp) => opens the item creator GUI
/itemcreatorplus items (/icp items) => opens the saved items menu
/itemcreatorplus give player itemname (/icp give) => gives the specified online player a saved ICP item with that name.

Hold the item in your hand that you want to edit, then type /icp. The main menu displays an enchantment section, item flags section, potion effects section, lore section, and name section.
When you are done editing your item, remember to click the item at the bottom of the main menu to create your item.
Items can be saved by clicking the green block at the bottom right of the main menu, and can be viewed, edited, and removed in the saved item menu. (/icp items)
Saved items can be given to players via a command. (/icp give)
The potion effects menu will simply add potion effects to the player if they are either holding the item in their hand, or have it equipped.
Same goes for flight, and xp boost.
If the player has an item with a red minus sign before the potion effect, the potion effect will be instead applied to any enemies that they damage.
XP Boost Calculation:
Total XP Gained = XP Gained(1 + 0.3 * level of XP Boost)
ex:
Level 1: 1.3x XP
Level 2: 1.6x XP
Level 3: 1.9x XP
Level 4: 2.2x XP
